Revisiting Controversial Podcast from 2 Years Ago

This three part series from the Wild Theology Podcast from two years ago is where my podcast began. Of course, I had to start with something controversial. In this podcast, I extend Paul Ricouer’s concept of the Hermeneutics of Suspicion to what appears to be a growing problem in our interactions with one another. We don’t just view the other with suspicion and skepticism, we often begin by assuming something darker and more obscene about them. This happens from right to left and from left to right. I use the infamous photography exhibit on Purity Balls as my primary example here. 13 minutes of deeper thought challenging our own deeper thoughts.
